What is included in the pool price?

Permit, electrical, equipment and install are included; coping, patio and fencing are extra. Demolition and disposal of an existing patio or structures is quoted separately, and grass restoring is not included.

What warranty do I get?

Mova shells carry a 25-year structural warranty. Azoria pools carry a 30-year warranty as advertised by Azoria.

How does the $500 reserve work?

It reserves one of our limited 2027 spots, locks 2026 pricing, and applies in full to your project price. The $500 includes HST. It is non-refundable except if we determine your site can’t take a pool — for example access under 6′, a denied permit, or site conditions — in which case it is refunded in full. After reserving, we call within one business day to schedule your free site visit. The $500 only holds your 2027 spot and locks 2026 pricing — the permit starts after the $5,000 deposit is made.

Where are the pools made?

Shells are Canadian-made — not affected by tariffs. Moov equipment is designed and engineered in Canada and made in China.

Do you install small or plunge pools?

Yes. We install small fiberglass plunge pools as well as full-size pools. They are priced on the same guides — build your price and pick the size that fits your yard.

Installation & permits

What access do you need?

Our shown prices assume 8′ clearance access. We can work with as little as 6′ clearance, subject to an additional fee — we confirm access and any fee at your free site visit.

Do you handle the permit?

Yes. The permit is included in your quoted price, and we start it after the $5,000 deposit is made. The $500 reserve only holds your 2027 spot and locks 2026 pricing.

How long does a fiberglass pool install take?

The pool can be installed and running in as little as 2 days, depending on the size of the pool. Landscaping, pool coping, pool deck, grass and yard restoration, and cleaning depend on the size of the project — we confirm your timeline at the free site visit.

Which areas do you serve?

Vaughan, Toronto, Mississauga, Richmond Hill, Aurora, Newmarket and Markham — within about 50–60 km of Vaughan. We also serve cities over 60 km away by special request.

What happens after I reserve my spot?

After you reserve, we call within one business day to schedule your free site visit. At the visit we confirm access and the pool placement. The permit starts after the $5,000 deposit is made.

Fiberglass vs concrete vs vinyl — which is best?

Fiberglass installs the fastest, has a smooth finish and needs the least ongoing maintenance, but shapes and sizes are fixed. Concrete can be built in any shape, but takes the longest to build and needs the most upkeep. Vinyl is usually the lowest upfront cost, but the liner needs replacing over time.

Maintenance & the rest of the backyard

Do you offer interlock maintenance?

Yes. Pressure washing + joint re-sanding at $2/sq ft + HST (minimum 500 sq ft), and interlock re-levelling at $10/sq ft + HST (minimum 100 sq ft). We do not offer sealing. For maintenance, call (647) 540-4803.

Do you build cabanas and outdoor living?

Yes. The same crew builds the whole backyard — cabanas, interlock patios, concrete, basement walkouts, retaining walls, lighting and planting — so the pool and the rest of the yard come together as one job.

Do you close pools for winter?

Yes. We close pools for the winter — book in the fall so your spot is secured before the cold hits.
